OUSL Crusaders FC

CalSouth All-Star teams and AYSO Select and Extra teams wanting to join the Crusaders FC and take up the challenge of club soccer, please contact our Girls or Boys Division Director.

Team migration is common in all geographical areas. If you are considering registering your team with the OUSL Crusaders FC, or are combining with another team to put together your team, contact the OUSL Crusaders FC President, Pete Adame.

Forms you will need to submit include the CalSouth Program Administrator Form for the Head Coach and all Assistant Coaches and Team Managers; Player Registration Forms will be needed for each player; the original birth certificate and one copy (or other valid government documentation); and CalSouth registration fees for each player (minimum of 11 players per team).

Coaches looking to form teams in any age group, please contact our Boys or Girls Division Director.

Coaches wanting to affiliate with the OUSL Crusaders FC soccer program require a minimum of an E-license (D-license recommended for coaches of U14 age divisions and older). CalSouth schedules coaching license clinics throughout most of the year - check the CalSouth website under Coaching Education.

All age divisions are being sought for new teams.
