TWO CRUSADERS TEAMS CAPTURE 2013 CALSOUTH STATE CUP CHAMPIONSHIPS!
Congratulations to the Boys 98 Governors Division State Cup Champions and the B97 Presidents State Cup Champions! First Crusaders teams and first teams from Santa Maria to win State Cup Championships.

OUSL CRUSADERS FC BU14s 2013 GOVERNOR’S STATE CUP CHAMPIONS!
The OUSL Crusaders FC B98 team won the 2013 CalSouth Governors Division State Cup Championship April 21st securing the championship cup with a 4-1 victory over Finalist Tustin United. Enroute to becoming the first Santa Maria team to win a State Cup Championship the Crusaders compiled 31 goals for vs 2 against to win the eight state cup games they played. Well done Coach Sal Martinez and the Crusaders boys!.
OUSL CRUSADERS FC BU15s 2013 PRESIDENT’S STATE CUP CHAMPIONS!
The OUSL Crusaders FC B97 team won the 2013 CalSouth State Cup President’s Division Championship April 28th, beating the same team they lost to in the 2012 Governors Division Championship game. The B97 team is the second OUSL Crusaders FC team and the second team from Santa Maria to win a CalSouth State Cup Championship. The Crusaders B97 team become the very first team north of Santa Barbara to win a State Championship at the Presidents level. The Crusaders scored 25 goals to 13 goals against, playing three games through overtime, two games to PK shootouts to complete eight games of consecutive wins. Way to go boys! Congratulations to Coaches Rick Lucca and Eduardo Cuna for their time and efforts in bringing their team to the top!
The Crusaders B97 will represent the State of California in the Bu15 division as they advance to the US Youth Soccer 2013 Region IV President’s Cup in Boise, Idaho June 11-16 to earn the chance to play in the US Youth Soccer National Cup Championship in Florida.
COAST SOCCER LEAGUE (CSL):
Crusaders FC Boys 97 finish as CHAMPIONS in CSL Bronze Alpha
The Crusaders Boys 97 excelled in their first year in Coast SL going 13-0-1 with 74 goals for vs 15 against.
Crusaders FC Girls 95 finish Second in CSL Silver North
The Crusaders Girls 95 excelled in their first year in Coast SL going 11-3-0 with 41 goals for vs 19 against.

Soccer teams for players from Santa Maria, Orcutt, Lompoc, Nipomo, Santa Ynez, Santa Barbara, Goleta, Paso Robles, Atascadero, Arroyo Grande, San Luis, Los Osos, and other communities are forming to play Spring soccer.
